Product Overview
The Nelson 75 Series Big Gun® is the smallest yet highly capable member of the Big Gun family, engineered for situations where high-performance irrigation is needed but flow or pressure is limited. Designed for use in solid set irrigation, center pivot end guns, and edge applications, it offers reliable performance with a radius range of 75 to 140 feet. Its rugged construction includes the same heavy-duty lower bearing used in larger Big Gun models, ensuring durability under demanding field conditions. The 75 Series is also compatible with QC100 quick-coupling for flexible portable setups.

Eligibility Criteria
● Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue.
● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.
Procedure

2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 3 days of RA issuance.
4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.
● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B & Consumer orders.
