Return Policy

Overview

This Return Policy is geared toward B2B transactions, ensuring clarity for both our valued customers and our team. Greenkart.pk extends a hassle-free approach for handling product returns or exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility Criteria

● Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.

Procedure

1) Notify Customer Support: Email info@greenkart.pk or call (+92) 311 634 2755 within 3 business days.

2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 7 days of RA issuance.

4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.

● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B orders.

Note:

Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
