WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
WARRANTY PROCEDURE - HONDA ONLY
a) To obtain the warranty service, complete unit/power product must be presented to any of the authorized dealer/service facility by the customer.
b) Bring original warranty booklet.
c) To be eligible for the Honda limited warranty, it is mandatory to avail the 1st free service and 2nd free service from the Honda authorized dealer which must be availed within 3 Months from the date of purchase.
d) Customer must present the free service filled coupons to service dealer.
WARRANTY COVERS - HONDA ONLY
a) Any new Honda power product purchased in Pakistan from an authorized Honda dealer which has been registered at the time of purchase on a coupon provided by Honda, which has had pre-delivery inspection service performed by an authorized Honda dealer.
b) Honda will compensate any factory installed part (except normal maintenance parts referred to in “THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER”) and/or labor costs incurred in repairs and/or adjustment. However, it would not be charged from the customer if the product is within the warranty period.
c) Any power product on which required maintenance services have been performed as prescribed in the Owner’s Manual
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVERS - HONDA ONLY

Any damage occur due to the non installation of change over switch. (Refer Page # 8)

Any repairs required as a result of collision, accident, striking any object, misuse or lack of required periodic maintenance specified by Honda.

Any damage that results from operating methods other than those indicated in the owner’s manual.

Any damage due to insufficient lubrication quantity.

Any damages caused as a result of using non genuine parts (not supplied by Honda) and contaminated fuel.

Any repair required as a result of any attachments, parts or devices installed by or repair done by a party other than an authorized Honda dealer.

Honda does not warrant the maintenance parts deterioration due to natural wear and tear such as oil & air filters, spark plugs and wires, fuses, lubricants etc.

The Honda Brush Cutter and tiller blade wear and tear due to abrasion from operational use.

Overheating of pistons due to low lubrication, poor ventilation and dirt ingestion through choked air filter.
