The LSF003G Layflat Hose is engineered in Germany using 100% high-tenacity polyester yarn and EPDM-based rubber for unmatched strength and flexibility. Suitable for both municipal and industrial fire brigades, refineries, irrigation, and shipboard use, this hose offers reliable water transfer performance in extreme conditions. Featuring seawater and weather resistance, it is capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to +100°C and is approved under major international standards including DIN 14811, M.E.D. 96/98/EC, and BS 6391 Type 1.

Eligibility Criteria
● Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue.
● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.
Procedure
1) Notify Customer Support: Email info@greenkart.pk or call (+92) 311 634 2755.
2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 3 days of RA issuance.
4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.
● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B & Consumer orders.

Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
