Product Overview
EcoBunker Advanced represents the evolution of synthetic sod wall construction. Designed by Richard Allen, this second-generation system improves on the original by adopting a cantilever wall design — making it stronger, more efficient, and more versatile than traditional gravity-based structures.
Each pallet includes a combination of narrow fascia tiles and wider anchor tiles made from recycled synthetic turf, pre-impregnated with kiln-dried sand. The anchor tiles link structurally with the cement modified soil (CMS) backfill, ensuring high wall stability even under load or in freeze-thaw conditions. With the ability to construct higher and steeper revetted faces, EcoBunker Advanced is ideal for both fairway and greenside bunkers.

Eligibility Criteria
● Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue.
● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.
Procedure

2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 3 days of RA issuance.
4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.
● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B & Consumer orders.
