The Graden CSI Contour Sand Injector is a professional-grade pedestrian verticutter equipped with a 20HP Honda V-twin engine and a gravity-fed sand injection system. It delivers unmatched performance by cutting grooves, injecting sand, and firming turf all in a single pass. With hydrostatic variable-speed drive and a floating head design, it€ž¢s ideal for both level and undulating golf greens, approaches, and fine turf areas. Wider and faster than the GS04, the CSI offers increased productivity without compromising quality.

Eligibility Criteria
● Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue.
● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.

2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 3 days of RA issuance.
4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.
● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B & Consumer orders.
