Clipless® NT helps regulate turf growth, reducing the need for frequent mowing while strengthening turf density and improving stress tolerance. Designed for optimal application, it should not be used on stressed or newly-laid turf but works best when applied to healthy, established grass with 80-90% surface coverage. The color-enhancing effect may temporarily darken turf, with any slight yellowing fading within a week. When applied correctly, this regulator boosts turf quality, providing a lush, durable playing surface for golf courses, sports fields, and public areas.

Eligibility Criteria
● Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue.
● Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused (unless found defective upon opening), and with all accessories/manuals included.
Procedure

2) Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3) Shipping the Item Back: All returns must be shipped back using a reputable courier service within 3 days of RA issuance.
4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once the item arrives, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
● Custom Orders: Specialty or custom orders may not be eligible for return or may have different terms.
● Change of Mind: Generally, we do not accept returns due to change of mind for B2B & Consumer orders.
